**Shipping Policy**
All Artiko Studio orders are carefully processed and shipped directly from South Korea.
**Processing Time**
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 7-14 business days.
**For Pre-order Items:** Please note that Pre-order products follow a separate shipping schedule. These items will be shipped according to the specific "Expected Shipping Date" or "Lead Time" announced on each product's detail page.
Our products are carefully managed to ensure the best quality, which may involve longer preparation times. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by an additional few days.
**Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates**
We offer global shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time for international shipping is typically 7-14 business days, depending on the destination country.
**Customs, Duties, and Taxes**
Artiko Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
**Important Notice for US Customers:** Please be advised that for customers in the United States, customs duties may now apply to orders under $800, as the previous de minimis exemption has been eliminated. Please check with your local customs office for specific information regarding these charges.
**Damages or Issues**
Artiko Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
